Olasupo Shasore - Chairman

Olasupo Shasore, is a founding partner in the law firm of Africa Law Practice NG & Co, a commercial law firm in Nigeria.

He is A Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Shasore led the Lagos delegation to the 2014 Nigerian National Conference. Shasore has authored three books: Possessed – A History of Law & Justice in the Crown Colony of Lagos (2014) Commercial Arbitration – Arbitration Law & International Practice in Nigeria (Lexis Nexis 2011) Johnson & Shasore Jurisdiction & Sovereign Immunity in Nigerian Commercial Law (Practice and text book) (NIIA 2007) Shasore was Attorney General & Commissioner for Justice, Lagos State from 2007 – 2011. As Attorney General, he led the review of the Criminal Code Law, and the Administration of Criminal Justice Law. He also authored and issued the first Prosecutors' Guidelines (2011), and initiated the first African Regional Conference of the International Association of Prosecutors (IAP).

A renowned Nigerian Legal Practitioner, Historian, Writer, Olasupo Shashore stepped up Nigeria's recognition in the global arena following the production of his book titled “A Platter of Gold” Into a docu-series by Netflix.

Bolanle Adewole - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mrs. Bolanle Adewole, a Behaviour Analyst and an Advanced Certified Autism Specialist is the founder and Executive director of TLPCentre, the first full day school for children with Autism and other related developmental disorders on Lagos Island. She is also the Executive director of The Learning Place Montessori school, in Lekki, Lagos.

She certified in the theory and practice of the primary Montessori methods at St. Nicholas Montessori Centre, London in 1995 and in the Elementary Montessori methods at North American Montessori Centre, Canada. She further qualified as an Applied Behaviour Analyst from Florida Institute of Technology, USA in 2013 and certified as an Advanced Autism Specialist with International Board of Credentialling and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) in 2018.

Bolanle has worked with diverse categories of children for over two decades in Europe, North America and Africa. She continuously attends various enriching educational courses and conferences (nationally and internationally). She is happily married and blessed with two sons.

Mrs. Joke Chukwumah - Advisory Board

Mrs. Joke Chukwumah is the Managing Director of Lucent Limited (A Tracy Company) and School Director of Children’s International School, Lekki. She is also a member of Board of Directors of several other companies.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics (Hons) from Kingston Polytechnic, Kingston, Surrey, England and Master of Science in International Economics & Banking from University of Wales, Cardiff.

Her career exposure spans Continental Merchant Bank, Chartered Bank and Guaranty Trust Bank Plc from where she left to set up Lucent Limited. Her work experience covers credit, marketing, consumer & corporate banking.

Dr. Ebun Ladipo Bamgboye - Advisory Board

Dr Ebun Bamgboye is a Consultant Physician and Nephrologist. The leading authority in transplant Nephrology in Nigeria and the sub- region, he is the head of the dialysis/transplant and renal transplant units at St Nicholas Hospital and serves as the hospital’s Clinical Director. The renal transplant unit at St Nicholas is the first unit in Nigeria and the

sub-region to perform successful kidney transplants and has performed over 350 transplants to date. A past president of both the Nigeria Association of Nephrology and Transplant Association of Nigeria, Dr. Bamgboye is widely published in various respectable journals and has contributed chapters to at least 3 International books.

Mrs Angela Olufunmilayo Emuwa - Advisory Board

Mrs Angela Olufunmilayo Emuwa is a seasoned veteran in the Nigerian Journalism industry serving as the current Chairman of Nigeria’s leading newspaper publishers, Punch Nigeria Limited, a post she took on in 2018. She holds a Post graduate diploma in Business Administration and an MBA in Public Relations & Advertising.

Mrs Emuwa’s passion for supporting Parents of Autistic children led her to become the President of The Autism Parents Association International, an NGO for Nigerian parents of autistic children. In like manner, she is the immediate past Chairperson of Golden Hearts Touching Lives Initiative, an NGO that caters for persons with special needs and the indigent.

Dr. Olufemi Olarewaju - EXECUTIVE

Dr. Olufemi Olarewaju is Director and co-founder of the Sustainability School, Lagos. He serves as an Associate Lecturer at the Center for Petroleum, Energy Economics and Law (CPEEL), University of Ibadan where he teaches Policy and Regulations.

Dr. Olarewaju is also Research Fellow at the Centre for Public Policy Alternatives (CPPA), a think-tank based in Lagos, Nigeria. His academic background includes a PHD in Public Affairs (University of Texas at Dallas) MS in Sustainability Leadership (Arizona State).

Mrs Oyinkan Afolabi - EXECUTIVE

Oyinkan Afolabi is a distinguished Educator, Trainer, and Speaker with over 30 years experience in Early Years and Junior School Management and Leadership. A graduate of Education from the University of Lagos, she holds certification in School Management and Leadership from the prestigious Harvard Graduate School of Education, Boston.

Having served as the first indigenous Head of School at Lekki British Junior School, Lagos where she worked for a decade, Mrs. Afolabi retired to establish Oakville Preparatory School Lekki. This inclusive institution fosters an environment where neurotypical and neurodivergent children learn and play together.

Mr Adeyemi Adewole - EXECUTIVE

Adeyemi is a Pharmacist and the Chief Executive Officer of Adcem Pharmaceuticals Limited. He also possesses an Executive Masters of Sustainability Leadership from Arizona State University, Global Institute of Sustainability, Arizona, USA.

Adeyemi recently obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Twice-Exceptional Education from Bridges Graduate School of Cognitive Diversity, California, USA and is currently pursuing further studies in Leadership and Innovation at Purdue Global University, USA.
